These two photos are taken a year apart. The ones on the left were taken a year ago after a period of inactivity due to injury. The photos on the right were taken yesterday. In the last three months I've lost 13 kilograms. I've made several changes in my approach to fitness. The most obvious was increase in intensity of training. Additionally I have steered away from sugar and dairy. Switching milk coffee for long blacks. Also I'm walking instead of driving at every opportunity. I have more energy, flexibility and endurance. A few sacrifices in the kitchen and a specific goal makes a world of difference.
