My name is Julian James and I’m there for you. I want to help you obtain your fitness goals. More than that, I want you to love fitness and training as much as I do. I had a wonderful childhood full of lots of different sports. This is where my love of all things active developed. I want to share this love with you.
From a purely evolutionary standpoint people are meant to be active. We are hunter gatherers and your body knows it. A lot of the problems in society today stem from a lack of activity. Obesity, heart disease, anxiety to name a few. We need to eat better and exercise more. It can be as simple as that. And you will never feel as in touch with your surroundings as during or just following exercise.
I find that the problem for many people is that they just don't know where to start when it comes to exercising. This is where I come in. Through carefully tailored programs based on your needs I can help you enjoy the wonderful world of being active.
